This was a great week... So many PR's on snatches and clean and jerks! Way to go :) One week into the new programming and I am very excited to see all the PR's to come in the future by everyone! Keep up the hard work. What does everyone think? I would love to hear your comments and feedback. You can email me or post in the comments. This week our primary lift, the back squat will be on Monday and Saturday! We will be doing 8 sets of 1 rep at 85-95% today and 7 sets of 2 at 85-95% on Saturday. For the most gainz, get as close to the percentages as possible. Time to challenge yourself! ~ Coach Dee
