Thankfully you don't have to carry your team mates! We have a fun 30 minute team workout today for you! We are playing around with some new movements to add a new challenge and excitement :) Coaching Tips: Workinh in a group of 3, team up with people who have similar run times as you. Everyone does the 800m run! If one person is a much better runner, they can break from the group to start the sled pushes before their teammates. The other reps are broken up evenly amongst the team while one person works at a time. Use small fast sets for the pull ups and don't let yourself rip! The goodmornings should be done with a flat back (no rounding or curving the spine). Have fun!
