Intervals for the win!

Lot of interval work today, short burst of energy followed by a very quick rest.  We've seen these workouts several times and going in with a plan is always a good idea.  Try to maintain some degree of consistency throughout the workout without having a crazy difference between rds.  For today we are cycling through so be quick with those transitions so that you are ready when that next beep comes out from the clock.  Weight is light so you should be able to move with a purpose throughout.  Also, because you are using the thinner plates, try to not drop the bars, it is really hard on those skinny little guys and they don't like it ;)
