Don't ignore that plank!

We have that usual warm up again today and this time I really want you all to focus when doing those planks. Holding this position should be hard, even for those 15 seconds. We aren't just hanging around killing time, rather every part of you should be engaged. Think about drawing your shoulders down and back, but try to spread your shoulder blades out from your spine.  Done right this is a fantastic strength building movement and as a warm up will really fire up that core in prep for those heavy squats coming up.  We are only asking for 15 seconds at a time so make sure it is a good one  ;)
