Pistols - pew pew for realz

Pistols are the skill work today and here, quality over quantity should be the primary goal.  Unless you look like a poster child for how to do this movement I guarantee there is something you can work on in a slow and controlled way.  Scale to a box (even if you have pistols) and work on that slow eccentric part of the lift, maintaining excellent positioning throughout the movement.  The work put in here during these times will shine through on wod days where speed can become a greater concern.
