Opportunity to go heavier than normal on the power cleans today, look to add 10lbs or so to what your regular "WOD weight" would be. For the bumper plate burpees, make sure you get your legs underneath you and drive up with the weight vs just bending over and lifting with the back. Finally, today is a great day to scale up to some MU instead of ring dips and start incorporating those into a wod scenario. All in all a whole lot of skills to work on and get in some great practice while moving through with a purpose! Have fun!
