You'll see a variety of skill and conditioning movements paired with primary strength movements this week. We're still undulating, and there's more OTM work coming down the pipe, so steel yourself. You'll also see the inclusion of OTM strength work paired with secondary movements, so be ready to hustle. No time to lallygag. Other than that, a good variety of WODs this week with lots of different movements and various lengths. Remember: short WODs are for the hard & fast push, long WODs are for pacing, strategizing, and grinding. Don't burn out in the first 8 minutes.
