The CrossFit Open is done. Hopefully you survived. The upcoming week will serve as a deload week of sorts, though it is still chock full of goodies (in case you weren't going HAM in the Open). If you're feeling the accumulation of 5 weeks of near max level exertion, use this week as an active recovery week. There's some longer workouts (and a few quick blasters), but most are medium-to-low impact longer WODs. In fact, some of them are dreaded LSD WODs. No, you're not going to be having visions and falling off the wagon, I'm talking about Long Slow Distance. Take your time, get in the zone, and get to grinding on these long WODs.
