Speed, agility, quickness and fitness!



Coming soon.... In this class you will be coached by Gord and exposed to new movements not regularly seen in our CrossFit classes. These movements will supplement your regular CrossFit training and any sport you play including CrossFit. The focus will be on increasing your speed, agility, and quickness in many different modalities. THERE WILL BE MORE GAMES!!!... To help develop coordination, and teamwork. Lateral movement, foot speed and foot accuracy will be seen regularly. Development of power through throwing and twisting will help you to break through plateaus in your training.  Additionally, there will be lots of testing so you can track your progress and fitness! This class will compliment our Olympic lifting class and have you working on the basics of athletics starting from the ground up. Join Gord on Monday, May 5th @ 7:30pm!
