Prepping for the Whole Life Challenge

The Whole Life Challenge is here!  Day one is today!  Here are some tips to get you ready.
  • Print off the cheat sheet of what you can and can't eat - Cheat sheet
  • Empty your house of things that you are not allowed on the challenge so you are not tempted to eat them
  • Make a list of the things that you love to eat that you are allowed to eat
  • Decide what is achievable for you in the challenge that you can maintain after the challenge is over
  • Make a list of restaurants that you can go to and get a WLC friendly meal - ask the questions!
  • Make a list of 10 min workouts that you can do at home on the days you are not coming into the gym
  Come in and do the WLC workout and your measurements.  I will be out at the Westshore on Saturday for the 8am and Pembroke for the 10am and available to measure anyone that needs to be.  There will be sheets to record workout scores and measurements at each location as well as a measuring tape if you are wanting to measure when I am not around. Remember that you receive one extra workout each week during the duration of the challenge, so come in today for your free one to do the Official WLC workout.
