The Whole Life Challenge is here! Day one is today! Here are some tips to get you ready.
- Print off the cheat sheet of what you can and can't eat - Cheat sheet
- Empty your house of things that you are not allowed on the challenge so you are not tempted to eat them
- Make a list of the things that you love to eat that you are allowed to eat
- Decide what is achievable for you in the challenge that you can maintain after the challenge is over
- Make a list of restaurants that you can go to and get a WLC friendly meal - ask the questions!
- Make a list of 10 min workouts that you can do at home on the days you are not coming into the gym
