The attendance in the Pre-Register Olympic lifting class has slowed down in the last few weeks. Have you been skipping it because you forgot to pre-register? Feel free to show up to either the Wednesday 6:30pm or Friday 10:45am class as we have not reached full capacity in the last month. We will let you know when it gets close to the cap. Coaches Notes:
- Break up your sumo dead lift high pull in sets to allow perfect technique and efficiency, in the movement. Set your back by resting at hang position.
- For your burpees pick a slow and steady pace and stick with it.
- This workout is meant to be a sprint so give it all you got!
