Power Snatches



Coaches notes for today's wod: Slightly different wod today than normal. Today's EMOM is heavy 3 power snatch. Make sure you spend some time working on that starting position in the snatch, resist the urge to just hing and and pull and take the time to lower the hips and really hit all of your proper positions. Try to do a touch and go style rep scheme or alternatively quick singles if you have difficulty bringing the bar down and getting back into a good setup position. If you find yourself with really high hips and putting the load into your low back, either lower the weight or slow down and really make sure you have the proper position locked down. -Sean
