Power Clean Power



This week we will be hitting up the power cleans on Monday and Friday.  Try to lift a little heavier than the previous weeks if you have refined your technique.  If you are still having troubles with positioning, hitting triple extension (hips, knees and ankles) or pulling with your arms; ask your Coach for some Power clean drills you can work on to improve. It is best that you drill those skills religiously for the next few weeks to get it dialed in so that you can improve your form and increase the load lifted.  Have fun!
