Partner Up

Grab a partner because it is time for Cindy.  This workout is a little different, because it involves a 400M run which will give you a bit of rest from doing the pullups, pushups and squats, but it will keep your heart-rate up. Partner 1 begins completing as many rounds of Cindy as they can while Partner 2 complete a 400M run.  When partner 2 gets in the door, they will switch places.  Partner 2 will continue the reps where partner 1 left off.
