Partner Kelly



It's Saturday, so you know what that means..... partner WOD!  Grab a partner and throwdown some box jumps and wallballs.  Today's workout is a partner style of the benchmark workout Kelly.  Everyone runs, but you are able to split up the box jump and wallball reps with your partner. For those that are interested in hitting Kelly alone to see if you can hit a PR,  make sure to carb up the night before ;)
