Today's partner Hero workout for you is  McGhee.  McGhee is a 30 minute AMRAP with moderately heavy deadlifts, pushups and box jumps.  As a partner workout, it will go as follows: P1 - 5 deadlifts, P2 - 5 deadlifts P1 - 13 pushups, P2 - 13 pushups P1 - 9 box jumps, P2 - 9 box jumps Have fun!
