Partner Amanda

For the partner workout today, we would like you to chose a partner that you have never worked with before.  You are welcome to chose a partner that is not in the same Zone as you.  We will be completing the workout "Amanda" - 9,7,5 reps of squat snatches and muscle ups.  Both partners are requited to complete the reps.  Partner 1 does 9 squat snatches, then partner 2 does 9 squat snatches, and then move through the muscle ups and reps 7,5 in this sequence. While the partner completes the squat snatches, the other partner must do a support hold at the top of the rings.  The snatches are only allowed to be completed while the partner is supported above the rings.  While the partner completes the muscle ups or scaling option, the other partner must hold the barbell overhead in a snatch grip.   Come down to the Peaked and Prepared: 2014 CrossFit Open event tomorrow at 2pm with Lucas
