  Coaches Notes:
  • Today's workout is a benchmark workout done team style.
  • There were lots of pullups in the workout yesterday, so if you are sore from the movement, sub in ring rows
  • One partner working at a time, split up your squat clean and pullup reps with your partner and do the 800M run together.
  • The reps will be split up equally, but you can break them up in sets of 5, 10, 15 reps, etc.
  • You must wait until both partners are back until you can start your squat clean reps.
