"I started Crossfit at The  Zone with Deanna and Matt in August 2015.
My experience has been phenomenal. I was apprehensive about trying Crossfit at a gym I’d never been to but when I arrived, I immediately felt comfortable, accepted and incredibly inspired. The personal training sessions offered amazing attention to technique and form which was integral in preventing injury. As I learned new Crossfit movements and completed work outs I felt my nagging stiffness melt away and I began to feel significant changes – both physically and mentally. Not only has my physical strength progressed, my mental clarity at work has improved substantially – no more 3:00 pm slump or relying on 2 -3 Starbucks dark roasts to keep my head up. My energy levels and moods are hugely elevated. My experience at the Zone has given me a new reason to be excited. I can’t remember the last time I looked forward to exercising at 6:00 am but the sense of community and the unbelievable benefits of physical and mental strength are undeniable. I can’t wait to continue my  journey . Thank you!"
