Hello - Goodbye

You may notice some changes to the programming starting the next week. We would like to give a huge shout out to Tyler for continuing to help us out with the programming since he moved to Portland last summer. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy his creativity and expertise. Send him a thank you for all his help and share how much you appreciated him! We have invested in a programming consultant through the Madlab community who has been programming for gyms since 2005, he co founded one of the largest gyms in CF, and he has coached athletes to the podium at the games multiple times! Now his focus is on producing results for the general population while having fun, providing lots of variety in all skills/lifts and avoiding injury. What will you notice that's different? • He provides us with a context to each training session (ie - practice, competition & mental toughness) • Lots of fun games and partner/team competition/challenges • A calendar of the lifts are during each strength cycle • coaching tips and explanations for every workout • Testing days with amazing results!
