Family Day long weekend

Family Day is coming up on Monday, February 10th!  We will have a limited class schedule that day.  Please make sure to check the schedules posted in the gym or online before coming in.  Please also keep your eyes open to our Facebook page for any open gym times ( Westshore:
  • Saturday, February 8th - 8am
  • Monday, February 10th - 9:30am ONLY
  • Saturday, February 8th - 10am ONLY
  • Sunday, February 9th - 9:30am
  • Monday, February 10th - 9:30am and 5:30pm
  Why do we keep doing 30/20/30's in the warmup?  To build up your glute strength and to get athletes used to using their badonkadonk  in all their squats ;)
