Body Works Fitness Training Introductory Class

7:30 Monday nights open to folks who want to come check out our coaching and get a taste for what it's like to do a class. We will talk nutrition, do mobility and stretching, get stronger, fitter, leaner, improve our energy, build new friendships, and have a lot of fun. All with Coach Gord  It is open to non members for one 2 month trial period and will be limited to 10 participants. After the 2 months participants will have the option to begin one on one training and work towards regular classes.
