2016 WLC Prelim Workout

The Whole Life Challenge is fast approaching.... and there is still a chance to sign up at We will be doing the Official WLC workout and body measurements on Saturday, Jan. 16th at 11am.  If you are unable to make this time, please contact your coach to set up another time to come in to open gym to do a workout.
