Congratulations to all the athletes that made it through another open season! You should all be very proud for taking part in the competition. Time to take a few days off and rest before you get back to throwing down more wods. Do something that you enjoy and is not competitive. The next stage is the Canada West Regionals held in Richmond May 7th - 9th. We will not know for a couple of weeks if we are sending a team. The next step for CrossFit is to send out invites to the Regionals as individuals and when the athletes accept, their scores will be taken off of the team scores.
