11.3 Revisited



The Open workout 11.3, is much like the benchmark workout Grace, except the weight is heavier and you must do a squat clean :) This workout is a quick sprint. With the intensity of the workout, choose a weight that you are able to maintain your technique in both the movements.  There is no point in doing the RX if it is unsafe movement.  In the warmup you will warmup to a max squat clean and jerk for the day and then decrease the weight to 70% (or less) of that weight for the WOD. The second part of the workout is a partner workout.  Partner one will run 200M and set the time that partner two will be doing burpees.  The goal of the workout is to keep moving and complete as many burpees as you can in the 10 minutes with your partner.
